Impression Tourism Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a tour operator and booking agent for hotels, vehicles, guides, and other related services.

We do not own or operate airlines, railways, hotels, transport companies, or guides. Hence, we are not responsible for services provided by independent contractors.

Liability Disclaimer

The company will not be liable for any injury, death, loss, delay, or damage arising from services provided by hotels, transporters, guides, or any third-party agencies.

We are also not responsible for issues beyond our control such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, wars, thefts, civil disturbances, traffic jams, or sudden itinerary changes.

Itinerary & Service Changes

Impression Tourism reserves the right to alter, change, substitute, or withdraw any service, hotel, transport, or sightseeing if deemed necessary.

If the tour is cancelled before departure, liability will be limited to refunding the paid amount without interest.

Tour Participation

The company reserves the right to refuse or remove any person from the tour in case of misconduct, misbehavior, or non-cooperation.

Inclusions & Exclusions

The cost includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary/contract.

Extra charges apply for:

• Additional sightseeing
• Extra vehicle use
• Extended hotel stays
• Room upgrades
• Meals
• Entry tickets
• Personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary

Price Variation

Prices are calculated at prevailing rates. Any increase in fuel cost, taxes, transport charges, entry tickets, or hotel tariffs will be borne by the client.

Any such changes must be settled before or during the tour.

Booking & Payment Policy

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment as per our payment policy.

Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable (for B2B partners).

Responsibility of Travelers

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, permits, and tickets.

Guests must reach reporting points on time. Any delay leading to missed sightseeing/transport will be at their own cost.

Force Majeure

No refund or compensation will be made for cancellations, delays, or alterations caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• Lockdowns
• Sudden government regulations
• Transport disruptions
